Congratulations to members Marcia Dillon, Marvin Klein, Bob Plotkin, Bunny Solomon and Ashok Soni for their acceptances into the The Greenburgh Public Library Foundation announces the 5th annual Westchester County Amateur Photo Contest.
The contest is open to amateur photographers who are residents of Westchester County. There is no entry fee or application fee for selected photographs.
Photographs accepted into the competition will be on exhibit in the Howard and Ruth Jacobs Family Gallery at the Greenburgh Public Library from May 2, 2014 through June 12, 2014. Prizes will be awarded at a reception at the Library on Saturday, May 17, 2014.
Karen Sullivan has 5 photos in the Katonah Museum of Art Artists' Association at Northern Westhcester Hospital Center Exhibit.
Bob Plotkin's deer photo is on the cover of the current issue of the Rivertowns Enterprise.
Lynne Richy has an opening reception for her photography exhibit "Creativity Beyond Plants" this Thursday evening, Feb 20, 2014, from 6pm to 9pm at the Nature's Cradle Nursery in Eastchester, NY.
Karen Sullivan's photo "American Kestrel " was selected for North American Nature Photography Association's Daily Sampler for January 3, 2014.

H. David Stein has a mural (measuring 11'x17') on permanent display at the Queens
Library - Flushing Branch of one of his flower photographs.

PHOTOcentric 2013, an international juried show, gave the photo "Goosebumps" by Richard Getler a 3rd place award.
